【摘要】：1931-1937年是河南省復興農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟，進行農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的重要階段。中原大戰(zhàn)后，國民政府宣布進入了“訓政”階段，河南政局趨穩(wěn)，一切建設(shè)事宜相繼展開。河南省設(shè)立了主管農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的農(nóng)政機關(guān)，并根據(jù)形勢和現(xiàn)實的需要適時的對農(nóng)政機構(gòu)作出調(diào)整。經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展，，河南逐漸的形成了省級農(nóng)政機關(guān)和省立農(nóng)事試驗場、區(qū)級農(nóng)政機關(guān)和附屬的農(nóng)事試驗場、縣級農(nóng)政機關(guān)和農(nóng)業(yè)推廣所的農(nóng)業(yè)改良和推廣體系。各級農(nóng)事試驗場結(jié)合當?shù)氐臍夂�、土壤、物產(chǎn)選定試驗類型，開展了各種各樣的改良試驗，如新農(nóng)具的研制、動植物品種的培育及其推廣、病蟲害的防治、土壤的改良和肥料的使用等，多少取得了一些成績。特別是美種棉花的試驗和改良，成效最大，成為一些主要產(chǎn)棉區(qū)重要經(jīng)濟來源。其他的經(jīng)濟作物如煙草的種植，也獲得了較大的發(fā)展。 本文試圖對1931-1937年河南農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)改良進行比較系統(tǒng)的研究，以期找出科學技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的重要作用，希望對現(xiàn)實能有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:The period from 1931 to 1937 was an important stage for Henan Province to revive the rural economy and carry out agricultural construction. After the Central Plains War, the National Government announced that it had entered the stage of "political training", and the political situation in Henan became stable. All construction matters have been carried out one after another. Henan Province has set up an agricultural administrative organ in charge of agricultural construction, and has adjusted the agricultural and political institutions in time according to the current situation and the actual needs. After several years of development, Henan gradually formed a system of agricultural improvement and extension of provincial agricultural and administrative organs and provincial agricultural testing sites, district agricultural administrative organs and affiliated agricultural testing sites, and county level agricultural administrative organs and agricultural extension institutes. The agricultural test sites at all levels combined with the local climate. The selection of test types for soil and products, and various improvement experiments have been carried out, such as the development of new agricultural tools, the cultivation and promotion of plant and animal varieties, the control of diseases and pests, the improvement of soils and the use of fertilizers, etc. Some achievements have been made, especially the experiment and improvement of American cotton, which has become an important economic source in some major cotton-producing areas. Other cash crops, such as tobacco cultivation, have also made great progress. In order to find out the important role of science and technology in the construction of agricultural modernization, this paper attempts to systematically study the improvement of agricultural technology in Henan Province from 1931 to 1937, hoping that it can be used for reference in reality.
