【摘要】：本文主要從社會文化史的角度,再現(xiàn)新中國初期北京女工的工作和生活狀況,并以點帶面的分析女工命運和國家政策、時代背景的相互關(guān)系,從而對婦女解放進(jìn)程的影響作一考察。 通過對北京解放前和新中國成立前夕北京女工狀況的研究,對比分析了新中國北京女工與以往的不同以及其背后的深層原因。并從女工工作環(huán)境、勞保與福利、工資待遇、女工組織以及工作態(tài)度幾個方面闡述了新中國初期北京女工的工作狀況。從女工的政治生活、文化教育和日常生活闡述了新中國初期女工的生活狀況。以期對新中國初期的北京女工做一個全面的了解。 北京女工在歷史上數(shù)量極少,發(fā)展緩慢。北京女工的大量出現(xiàn)是與新中國成立之后政府對女性的導(dǎo)向政策和行政調(diào)控密切相關(guān)。因此,女工的命運也不可避免的和國家的政策緊密聯(lián)系。國家出于當(dāng)時生產(chǎn)需要的考慮,對女工在政策上給予各種優(yōu)惠,在宣傳上賦予極大的政治地位和歷史使命,在實際生活中又通過單位制全面滲透到了女工生活中。在這種由國家主導(dǎo)的時代背景下,新中國初期北京女工呈現(xiàn)獨特的時代特點,也對整個女性的發(fā)展和婦女解放帶來了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of social and cultural history, this paper reproduces the working and living conditions of women workers in Beijing in the early days of New China, and analyzes the relationship between the fate of women workers, national policies and the background of the times. Thus, the impact of women's liberation process to make an investigation. By studying the situation of women workers in Beijing before the liberation of Beijing and on the eve of the founding of New China, this paper compares and analyzes the differences between the women workers in the new China and the past and the underlying causes, and analyzes the working environment, labor protection and welfare, and wage treatment of women workers in the new China. The organization and attitude of women workers in Beijing in the early days of New China are described in terms of their political life. Cultural education and daily life have expounded the living conditions of female workers in the early days of New China in order to make a comprehensive understanding of the female workers in Beijing in the early days of New China. In history, the number of women workers in Beijing is very small and the development is slow. The emergence of large numbers of women workers in Beijing is closely related to the guiding policy and administrative regulation and control of women by the government after the founding of New China. The fate of women workers was also inextricably linked to the policies of the State, which, out of consideration of the needs of production at that time, gave women workers all kinds of preferential policies and a great political status and historical mission in propaganda. In the actual life, it has penetrated into the female workers' life through the system of unit. Under the background of the state-led times, the Beijing women workers in the early days of the new China showed unique characteristics of the times. It also has a profound impact on the development of women and women's liberation.
