【摘要】：隨著近代城市自治的發(fā)展,成都市從"城鄉(xiāng)合一"的體制中剝離出來,通過"切塊設市",成為獨立"法人",舊有的縣則僅保留對城市周邊地區(qū)的管理。民國時期,隨著各項公共工程的修建與城市規(guī)模的擴大,成都城市的發(fā)展日益需要突破舊城垣,擴大轄區(qū)。在此背景下,成都市、成都縣、華陽縣在轄區(qū)方面發(fā)生了長達十余年的劃界糾紛。在省政府的干預下,直到1945年,成、華二縣各向成都市劃撥大量土地,三方的劃界糾紛才暫時告一段落。成都市因"切塊設市"成為城市型政區(qū),隨著劃界的完成,成都市獲得"大郊區(qū)",最終解決了"城鄉(xiāng)分治"所留的后遺癥。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban autonomy in modern times, Chengdu was stripped out of the system of "integration of urban and rural areas" and became an independent "legal person" through "cutting up and setting up a city", while the old counties retained only the management of the surrounding areas of the city. During the Republic of China, With the construction of various public works and the expansion of the city scale, the urban development of Chengdu increasingly needs to break through the old city walls and expand its jurisdiction. In this context, Chengdu, Chengdu County, Huayang County has had a demarcation dispute in its jurisdiction for more than a decade. With the intervention of the provincial government, until 1945, Huayi County allocated a large amount of land to Chengdu. With the completion of demarcation, Chengdu obtained the "big suburb", and finally resolved the sequelae of "urban partition".
