【摘要】： 日本問題專家對(duì)中日關(guān)系許多方面都做過大量而深入的研究。在日本戰(zhàn)犯問題上也有學(xué)者給予研究,并取得一定的研究成果。但總體來看,對(duì)日本戰(zhàn)犯問題的研究則相對(duì)缺乏。日本戰(zhàn)犯是在特定歷史時(shí)期的一群特殊群體,他們?cè)谥袊嗣袢说乐髁x對(duì)待和寬大政策的感召下,深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到自己在戰(zhàn)爭中所犯的罪惡,并決心痛改前非,重新做人,成為促進(jìn)中日和平發(fā)展的重要力量。 論文的主體部分分為三章,第一章先用詳實(shí)而可靠的材料證實(shí)了日本戰(zhàn)犯在侵華戰(zhàn)爭期間在中國所犯的罪行。在侵華戰(zhàn)爭中,日本戰(zhàn)犯對(duì)中國人民犯下了大量的滅絕人性的罪行。他們?cè)谇终嫉闹袊恋厣席偪裢罋ɡ先鯆D孺在內(nèi)的平民,奸淫婦女,進(jìn)行活體實(shí)驗(yàn),掠奪中國各種資源,可以說無惡不作,實(shí)在是書不勝書。與日本戰(zhàn)犯的殘暴相對(duì)照,接著第二章則具體分析了面對(duì)曾經(jīng)給中國人民帶來深重災(zāi)難的日本侵略者,中國共產(chǎn)黨政府以德報(bào)怨,采取切實(shí)可行的方法對(duì)日本戰(zhàn)犯進(jìn)行行之有效的改造和從寬處罰,并取得成功,顯示出中國人民和中國政府的遠(yuǎn)見和氣度。根據(jù)國家改造戰(zhàn)犯的政策,戰(zhàn)犯管理所的工作人員統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí)對(duì)日本戰(zhàn)犯著重進(jìn)行思想改造,首先,以理服人,打破戰(zhàn)犯宣稱的“無罪”謬論；其次,以情動(dòng)人,推動(dòng)日本戰(zhàn)犯真心悔改；最后,科學(xué)教化,引導(dǎo)日本戰(zhàn)犯回歸正途。三管齊下,最終使日本戰(zhàn)犯認(rèn)識(shí)到自己在戰(zhàn)爭中犯的嚴(yán)重罪行,并決心棄惡從善,重新做人。鑒于戰(zhàn)犯們?cè)诟脑炱陂g的良好表現(xiàn)和國際形勢(shì)的變化,中國政府決定對(duì)他們實(shí)施從輕處罰。第三章論述了在中國人民人道主義對(duì)待的感召下,日本戰(zhàn)犯成為促進(jìn)中日關(guān)系友好發(fā)展的功臣。日本戰(zhàn)犯歸國后,他們的悔罪態(tài)度自始至終都沒有改變。在生活還沒有安頓好的情況下,聯(lián)合起來組織“中國歸還者聯(lián)絡(luò)會(huì)”(簡稱中歸聯(lián))。并利用中歸聯(lián)積極開展多方面的工作,如：宣傳中國的人道主義和寬大政策、積極參加送還中國遇難者遺骨活動(dòng)、促進(jìn)日中民間團(tuán)體的友好交往、促進(jìn)日中經(jīng)濟(jì)友好交流積極等。為日中友好關(guān)系的發(fā)展和世界和平事業(yè)做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。日本戰(zhàn)犯在中日關(guān)系上所做的貢獻(xiàn)證實(shí)了中國政府在改造日本戰(zhàn)犯問題上的遠(yuǎn)見和卓有成效。 在對(duì)詳實(shí)而可靠的歷史材料進(jìn)行分析、整理的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了日本戰(zhàn)犯同中日關(guān)系友好發(fā)展之間的聯(lián)系。一方面,有利于增進(jìn)中國人民對(duì)日本及日本人的了解,消除隔閡,從而正確而理智的看待我們的近鄰和中日關(guān)系的發(fā)展。另一方面,采取正確的方法改造“犯罪分子”,有利于減輕國際恐怖主義對(duì)人類和平的威脅和降低國內(nèi)犯罪率,維護(hù)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Japanese experts have done a lot of in-depth research on many aspects of Sino-Japanese relations. On the issue of Japanese war criminals, some scholars have also made some research achievements. But generally speaking, The study of Japanese war criminals is relatively scarce. Japanese war criminals are a group of special groups in a specific historical period. Inspired by the Chinese people's humanitarian treatment and leniency policy, they are deeply aware of the crimes they committed in the war. And determined to reform the past, a new life, to promote the peaceful development of China and Japan an important force. The main part of the thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter verifies the crimes committed by Japanese war criminals in China during the war of aggression against China with detailed and reliable materials. Japanese war criminals have committed a large number of dehumanizing crimes against the Chinese people. They have madly slaughtered civilians, including the elderly, the weak, women and children, raped women, carried out living experiments and plundered all kinds of Chinese resources on the occupied Chinese land. Compared with the brutality of Japanese war criminals, the second chapter concretely analyzes the Japanese invaders who have brought great disaster to the Chinese people, and the Communist Party of China government repay their grievances with virtue. The effective reform and lenient punishment of Japanese war criminals by practical methods and their success have shown the foresight and magnanimity of the Chinese people and the Chinese government, and in accordance with the national policy of reforming war criminals, The staff of the war crimes management institute have a unified understanding of the emphasis placed on ideological reform of Japanese war criminals. First, they should use reason to convince people and break the fallacy of "innocence" claimed by war criminals; secondly, they can move the Japanese war criminals to truly repent with emotion; finally, they should educate themselves scientifically. Leading Japanese war criminals to return to their right path. The three-pronged approach will eventually make Japanese war criminals realize the serious crimes they committed in the war, and resolve to turn evil from good to remake. In view of the good performance of war criminals during the reform period and the changes in the international situation, The Chinese government has decided to impose a lighter punishment on them. Chapter three states that Japanese war criminals, inspired by the humanitarian treatment of the Chinese people, have become meritorious officials in promoting the friendly development of Sino-Japanese relations. Their attitude of repentance has not changed from beginning to end. When life has not settled down well, they unite to organize the "China returnees Liaison Association," or "China return Association." and make use of the China return Federation to actively carry out various work. For example, propagandizing China's humanitarian and lenient policies, actively participating in activities to return the remains of Chinese victims, and promoting friendly exchanges between Japanese and Chinese civil society, To promote Japanese-Chinese economic friendly exchanges, etc., to make important contributions to the development of Japan-China friendly relations and the cause of world peace. The contributions made by Japanese war criminals in Sino-Japanese relations have confirmed the Chinese Government's efforts in reforming Japanese war criminals. Of foresight and effectiveness. On the basis of analysis and collation of detailed and reliable historical materials, this paper demonstrates the links between Japanese war criminals and the friendly development of Sino-Japanese relations.
