【摘要】：正1937年抗日戰(zhàn)爭全面爆發(fā),國民政府遷都重慶。為保障國際大通道的暢通,開工修筑滇緬鐵路;計(jì)劃沿金沙江修筑金沙江鐵路,使滇緬鐵路與川滇鐵路貫通。水運(yùn)啟動川江航道整治,金沙江查勘試航擺上了日程。因其對戰(zhàn)時經(jīng)濟(jì)意義重大,被提高到了關(guān)乎國家與民族命運(yùn)的高度。1938年,查勘試航實(shí)施前,受經(jīng)濟(jì)部委派,中央水工試驗(yàn)所派員沿江設(shè)立水文站,開展水文測驗(yàn),實(shí)測水位、流速、流量及含沙量,同時
[Abstract]:In 1937, when the War of Resistance against Japan broke out in an all-round way, the National Government moved its capital, Chongqing. In order to ensure the smooth passage of international channels, the construction of the Yunnan-Myanmar Railway was started. It is planned to build the Jinsha River railway along the Jinsha River to link the Yunnan-Myanmar railway with the Sichuan-Yunnan railway. The waterway transportation starts the regulation of the channel of the Sichuan River, and the survey and trial navigation of the Jinsha River is put on the agenda because of its great economic significance in wartime.
