【摘要】：國民政府定都南京的十年之間，社會比較穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較快，高校女教師與以前相比發(fā)生了一些明顯的變化。她們大多出生于仕紳家庭或官宦之家，家境良好，接受過良好的家庭教育和中西合璧的現(xiàn)代學(xué)校教育，這使得她們表現(xiàn)出較好的文化和知識素養(yǎng)，從事的職業(yè)也為她們在社會上贏得較高的社會聲譽(yù)。高校女教師有著比較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入水平，有著比較現(xiàn)代的獨(dú)立自主意識。她們在生活方式、社會地位以及對社會產(chǎn)生的影響方面與以往的女性甚至是同時期的女性相比，都有比較明顯的不同。在職業(yè)生活上，她們大多具有較高的教學(xué)水平和學(xué)術(shù)水平，但是受傳統(tǒng)的男強(qiáng)女弱觀念的影響，女教師在職務(wù)的擔(dān)任和職稱的評比上仍受到一定的歧視。在婚姻生活上，高校女教師不畏傳統(tǒng)的婚姻道德倫理，選擇婚姻更加的謹(jǐn)慎，對對方的要求更加注重精神的交流和一致。但是長達(dá)幾個世紀(jì)的舊的倫理道德觀念并不是瞬間能夠瓦解的，這種矛盾在高校女教師的身上表現(xiàn)的尤為明顯，她們思想上先進(jìn)，行動上落后。高校女教師的婚姻是考察近代社會變遷的一個窗口。在社會生活上，高校女教師在爭取女性權(quán)益、捍衛(wèi)就業(yè)權(quán)利過程中發(fā)揮了巨大作用，她們通過宣傳、抗?fàn)帪榕詸?quán)益的保障貢獻(xiàn)力量。高校女教師在國家多災(zāi)多難之秋，或者以筆為武器對社會問題發(fā)表自己的見解，或者積極參與社會活動，通過各種途徑、方式做出了自己的貢獻(xiàn)。高校女教師作為新興職業(yè)女性中的重要一部分，憑借著其頑強(qiáng)的實(shí)干精神和輝煌的諸多業(yè)績，在中國女性史上譜下了絢麗的一章。
[Abstract]:During the ten years of Nanjing, the capital of the National Government, social stability, rapid economic development, female teachers in colleges and universities have taken place some obvious changes compared with the past. Most of them were born in the family of the gentry or the official family. Good family conditions, a good family education and a combination of Chinese and Western modern school education, which makes them show a better culture and knowledge literacy. Women teachers in colleges and universities have a higher level of economic income, a more modern sense of independence. They live in a way of life. The social status and the impact on the society are obviously different from the former women and even the women of the same period. In their professional life, most of them have higher teaching level and academic level. However, under the influence of the traditional concept of strong male and weak female, female teachers are still discriminated against in their positions and professional titles. In marriage life, female teachers in colleges and universities do not fear the traditional marriage ethics. The choice of marriage is more cautious, and the demands on the other side are more focused on spiritual communication and consistency. But centuries of old ethical concepts cannot be disintegrated in an instant. This contradiction is especially evident in the female teachers in colleges and universities, they are advanced in thought and backward in action. The marriage of female teachers in colleges and universities is a window to investigate the changes of modern society, and in the social life. Female teachers in colleges and universities play a great role in the process of striving for women's rights and defending their employment rights. Through propaganda, they fight to contribute to the protection of women's rights and interests. Either using pen as a weapon to express their own views on social issues, or actively participate in social activities, through various ways, ways to make their own contribution. College female teachers as an important part of the new professional women. With its indomitable practical spirit and brilliant achievements, in the history of Chinese women a brilliant chapter.
