【摘要】：1942年夏秋之際,蔣介石繼1934年西北行后,再次前往西北諸省視察。此時(shí),太平洋戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā),國(guó)際形勢(shì)明顯變化,蔣介石考慮的不再僅僅是如何堅(jiān)持抗戰(zhàn)的問題,而開始籌謀戰(zhàn)后國(guó)家的控制與建設(shè),西北在這樣一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)中居于重要地位,因此,所謂"建國(guó)"在這次西北行中被提到突出的位置。蔣介石西北行促動(dòng)了對(duì)西北各省新一輪建設(shè)熱潮,國(guó)民黨和國(guó)民政府各級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)在交通、金融、實(shí)業(yè)、文化教育各項(xiàng)事業(yè)以及資金投入等方面均推出具體措施。可以說,蔣介石此次西北行體現(xiàn)了民族危機(jī)大背景下抗戰(zhàn)建國(guó)的努力。
[Abstract]:On the summer and autumn of 1942, Jiang Jieshi visited the northwest provinces again after his northwest trip on 1934. At this time, the Pacific War broke out and the international situation changed markedly. Jiang Jieshi did not only consider how to persist in the war of resistance, but began to plan for the control and construction of the postwar country. Therefore, the northwest played an important role in such a strategic goal. The so-called "founding of the nation" was raised to a prominent position in this trip to the northwest. Jiang Jieshi's northwestern trip stimulated a new round of construction upsurge in northwest provinces, with the Kuomintang and the Kuomintang government at all levels in the fields of transportation, finance, and industry. Cultural and educational undertakings as well as capital investment and other aspects of the introduction of specific measures. It can be said that Jiang Jieshi's northwest trip reflects the national crisis in the context of the efforts of the establishment of the War of Resistance against Japan.
