【摘要】：正1936年11月23日,南京國民政府以"危害民國"罪逮捕了要求抗日的救國會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人沈鈞儒、章乃器、鄒韜奮、李公樸、沙千里、史良、王造時等七人,1937年4月3日提出起訴,6月11日、25日在江蘇高等法院兩次開庭審訊。世稱"七君子事件"。此事激起全國公憤,加上"七君子"的頑強斗爭,國民黨當(dāng)局不得不于7月31日釋放了七人,但尚未結(jié)案。抗戰(zhàn)全面爆發(fā)后,江蘇高等法院實際已無法辦理該案,最終在1939年1月由四川高等法院宣布撤回對"七君子"的起訴。江蘇省檔案館所藏"七君子事件"檔案,主要是圍繞案卷移轉(zhuǎn)管轄權(quán)的來往公函及起訴書、答辯狀。
[Abstract]:On November 23rd 1936, the Nanjing National Government arrested the leaders of the National Salvation Association, Shen Junru, Zhang Naiqi, Zou Taofen, Zou Taofen, Sha Qianli and Zou Taofen, for the crime of "endangering the Republic of China". Wang Chuanshi and other seven people filed charges on April 3rd 1937. On June 11th and 25th, two hearings were held in the Jiangsu High Court. The world called the "Seven Gentlemen incident", which aroused public indignation throughout the country. Coupled with the tenacious struggle of the "Seven Gentlemen", the Kuomintang authorities had to release the seven men on July 31st, but the case has not yet been closed. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the Jiangsu High Court was in fact unable to handle the case. Finally in January 1939 by the Sichuan High Court to withdraw the prosecution against the "Seven Gentlemen". Jiangsu Provincial Archives of the "Seven Gentlemen incident" files.
