【摘要】:自清末民國初期以來,新式學(xué)堂大量建立,新式小學(xué)教育也日益興起。小學(xué)教員在知識(shí)傳授,人格培養(yǎng)方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文希望通過考察忻州東六縣小學(xué)教員活動(dòng)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化產(chǎn)生的影響以及政府對(duì)于小學(xué)教員改造的措施以及成效,揭示解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期忻州東六縣鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)教員真實(shí)社會(huì)生存狀況。第一章簡單分析了教員主要來源于短期師范、簡易師范培訓(xùn)班以及大量的在鄉(xiāng)知識(shí)分子與山公學(xué)員,并呈現(xiàn)出數(shù)量少、文化水平低,素質(zhì)較低的特點(diǎn)。第二章主要分析了由于忻州東六縣小學(xué)教員思想上存在自私自利、對(duì)當(dāng)前形勢認(rèn)識(shí)不清、對(duì)新民主主義政策不理解等問題,政府通過組織教員學(xué)習(xí)新民主主義教育方針,以及知識(shí)分子政策,提高小學(xué)教員待遇,表彰模范教員,精簡問題教員,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)小學(xué)教員的改造。第三章論述了小學(xué)教員的在校活動(dòng),即鞏固學(xué)生,民主管理學(xué)生,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自治,教授學(xué)生知識(shí)。第四章著重研究了小學(xué)教員帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生參加經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn),土地改革,支前擁軍工作,及其對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化產(chǎn)生重要影響。本文認(rèn)為,大多數(shù)小學(xué)教員通過對(duì)新民主主義理論、政策的學(xué)習(xí)與具體的教學(xué)、社會(huì)實(shí)踐,經(jīng)歷了政府改造以及自我改造的過程,最終基本上達(dá)到了政府對(duì)于小學(xué)教員的期望,他們進(jìn)一步理解了新民主主義文化,對(duì)于中國共產(chǎn)黨產(chǎn)生了基本的政治認(rèn)同,樹立了堅(jiān)定的革命信仰。新中國成立以后,政府延續(xù)并不斷完善了解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期小學(xué)教員改造的做法,到1950年代小學(xué)教員被形塑成有堅(jiān)定的革命信仰,無私奉獻(xiàn)于革命教育事業(yè)的群體。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China, a large number of new schools have been established, and new primary school education has become increasingly popular. This paper hopes to investigate the influence of primary school teachers' activities on rural social economy and culture, and the measures and results of the government's reform of primary school teachers by investigating the influence of primary school teachers' activities on rural social economy and culture in six counties of Xinzhou. Reveal the real social living conditions of teachers in rural primary schools in six counties of Xinzhou Dongliu during the War of Liberation. The first chapter simply analyzes that teachers mainly come from short-term teachers. Simple teacher training courses as well as a large number of rural intellectuals and Shan Gong students, and presents a small number of low cultural level. The second chapter mainly analyzes the problems such as selfishness, unclear understanding of the current situation and lack of understanding of the new democratic policy due to the ideological selfishness of primary school teachers in six counties of Xinzhou. Through the organization of teachers to study the new democratic education policy, as well as intellectual policy, the Government improved the treatment of primary school teachers, commended model teachers, and streamlined problem teachers. The third chapter discusses the school activities of primary school teachers, that is, consolidating students, democratic management of students, encouraging student autonomy. Teaching students' knowledge. Chapter 4th focuses on the study of primary school teachers leading students to participate in economic production, land reform, support of the former army work, and its impact on rural social economy and culture. The majority of primary school teachers through the new democratic theory, policy learning and specific teaching, social practice, experienced the process of government reform and self-transformation. In the end, it basically met the government's expectations for primary school teachers, who further understood the new democratic culture and created a basic political identity for the Communist Party of China. After the founding of New China, the government continued and improved the reform of primary school teachers during the War of Liberation. By the 1950s, primary school teachers were shaped into a firm revolutionary belief. A group of people who devote themselves selflessly to the cause of revolutionary education.
