【摘要】：新疆土地遼闊，資源豐富，具備很好的工礦業(yè)發(fā)展條件。民國時期新疆工礦業(yè)經(jīng)歷楊增新、金樹仁、盛世才、國民黨統(tǒng)治等多個時期的發(fā)展，，在近四十年中，新疆工業(yè)發(fā)展總體而言循序漸進(jìn)，為后來的工業(yè)建設(shè)奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。其中抗戰(zhàn)期間，新疆推行了三期三年計劃，各地、各部門的工業(yè)建設(shè)都獲得了較大的發(fā)展，呈現(xiàn)出蒸蒸日上之勢，這一時期的進(jìn)步與成績尤其值得我們注意。 本文將從新疆工礦業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境出發(fā)，著重研究新疆工礦業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況，再與楊增新、金樹仁、盛世才、國民黨統(tǒng)治時期頒布的各項工業(yè)發(fā)展政策及各個時期新疆工礦業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行對比。本文將分以下幾個部分對民國時期新疆工礦業(yè)加以論述：第一部分是緒論，主要對國內(nèi)外對本選題的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行論述。第二部分將對新疆的礦產(chǎn)分布、勘探開發(fā)情況及影響新疆工礦業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行論述。第三部分對各個時期，新疆政府在工礦業(yè)發(fā)展方面制定的政策進(jìn)行論述。第四部分對各個時期新疆工礦業(yè)發(fā)展及取得的實(shí)際成效進(jìn)行論述。最后一部分為小結(jié)，將對本選題的研究做一總結(jié),并對民國時期新疆工礦業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行陳述。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang has vast land, rich resources, and has very good conditions for the development of industrial and mining industry. During the period of the Republic of China, Xinjiang's industrial and mining industry experienced the development of Yang Zengxin, Jin Shuren, Sheng Shicai, KMT rule and other periods of development, in the past 40 years. Xinjiang's industrial development in general was gradual and orderly, which laid a certain foundation for the later industrial construction. During the Anti-Japanese War, Xinjiang carried out three three-year plans, all over the country. The industrial construction of various departments has been greatly developed, showing a trend of prosperity, and the progress and achievements of this period are especially worthy of our attention. Starting from the internal and external environment of the development of Xinjiang's industrial and mining industry, this paper will focus on the basic situation of the development of Xinjiang's industrial and mining industry, and then work with Yang Zengxin, Jin Shuren and Sheng Shicai. The industrial development policies promulgated during the period of the Kuomintang rule and the actual situation of the development of the industrial and mining industry in Xinjiang during each period are compared. This article will discuss the industrial and mining industry of Xinjiang in the period of the Republic of China in the following parts:. The first part is the introduction. The second part will discuss the distribution of mineral resources, exploration and development of Xinjiang, as well as the internal and external environment that affect the development of industrial and mining industry in Xinjiang. The third part is about each period. The 4th part discusses the development of Xinjiang industry and mining industry in each period and the actual results obtained. The last part is the summary. This paper summarizes the research of this topic and describes the development of industrial and mining industry in Xinjiang during the period of the Republic of China.
