【摘要】：對(duì)中國(guó)近代史學(xué)界來說,福久其人其事及"福久新聞事件"一直是謎。借助新發(fā)現(xiàn)的史料,此謎終得破解。袁世凱以維護(hù)清韓宗藩關(guān)系為己任,與主張朝鮮獨(dú)立自主的美國(guó)駐韓臨時(shí)代辦福久經(jīng)常針鋒相對(duì)。為保護(hù)國(guó)家利益,袁世凱以"福久新聞事件"為契機(jī),與朝鮮官員聯(lián)袂,巧妙利用條約條款,施展外交智慧,取得時(shí)任美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)卿首肯,最終迫使福久離開朝鮮。
[Abstract]:To the Chinese modern history circle, Fujiu's affairs and "Fujiu news event" have always been riddles. With the help of the newly discovered historical data, the riddle has to be solved. Yuan Shikai's responsibility is to maintain the relationship between Han Zongfan and Qing Dynasty. In order to protect the national interests, Yuan Shikai took the "Fujiu News incident" as an opportunity and joined hands with North Korean officials to make clever use of the terms of the treaty. Diplomatic wisdom was exercised to obtain the assent of the then Secretary of State, which eventually forced Fujiu to leave North Korea.
