【摘要】：自順治二年起，清代始設(shè)陜西巡撫，至宣統(tǒng)二年，260余年間從未中斷。同此，還有江寧、浙江、江西、偏沅（湖南）各省，僅次于順治元年至宣統(tǒng)二年一直設(shè)有巡撫之職的山東、山西、河南三地，可見陜西巡撫在清代巡撫中的重要地位。因此，，探究這一職位設(shè)置和職掌概況，可更深入地了解清代督撫制度，全面理解陜西地區(qū)在清王朝中的地位和作用，進(jìn)而更準(zhǔn)確地把握清朝歷史演變的線索。 自1840年以來，被朝廷正式任命的陜西巡撫共54人，其中包括任命后未上任和署理的，也包括因病假、前后任之間出現(xiàn)空缺等事而短暫署理的。文章主要采用資料統(tǒng)計(jì)的研究方法，對晚清陜西巡撫群體的署、護(hù)巡撫情況及任職人次、出身背景、旗漢比例、籍貫分布、任職背景、任期、遷轉(zhuǎn)狀況等做系統(tǒng)探索，以期描繪出這一群體仕途生涯所具備的普遍特征，明晰這一群體在歷史發(fā)展過程中帶有規(guī)律性的變化。
[Abstract]:Since Shunzhi two years, the Qing Dynasty began to set up Shaanxi governor, to Xuantong two years of more than 260 years without interruption. In the same way, Jiangning, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, partial Yuan (Hunan) provinces. After Shunzhi first year to Xuantong two years has been equipped with the post of governor of Shandong, Shanxi, Henan three places, can be seen Shaanxi governor in the Qing Dynasty, the important status of the governor. Therefore, explore the establishment of this position and the general situation of the position. We can understand more deeply the system of governing and governing in Qing Dynasty, fully understand the position and function of Shaanxi in the Qing Dynasty, and then grasp the clue of the historical evolution of Qing Dynasty more accurately. Since 1840, a total of 54 Shaanxi governors have been formally appointed by the court, including those who have not been appointed and who have not acted since the appointment, as well as sick leave. The article mainly uses the data statistical research method to the late Qing Dynasty Shaanxi Patrol group's department, the caretaker situation and the post person time, the birth background, the flag Han ratio. In order to describe the general characteristics of the official career of this group and to make clear the regular changes in the process of historical development, this paper makes a systematic exploration of the distribution, background, tenure, transfer and so on.
