【摘要】： 北魏宗室是代人貴族集團(tuán)的核心,是國家統(tǒng)治的基石,因此研究北魏宗室具有重要意義。拓跋鮮卑入主中原之后,宗室逐漸擺脫部落時(shí)代的直勤傳統(tǒng),向漢式的家族制轉(zhuǎn)變。皇帝在改造宗室的同時(shí),極力提高他們的社會(huì)地位,使其在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、文化等方面均享有很高的特權(quán)。北魏宗室的生活境遇圍繞皇權(quán)的發(fā)展幾經(jīng)變化,總體而言相當(dāng)寬松,這與同期南朝宗室骨肉相殘形成鮮明的對(duì)比。不過,北魏并未完全放松對(duì)宗室的控制,它效仿漢晉,恢復(fù)宗師、宗正,司職宗室日常事務(wù)的管理,同時(shí)采用法律手段對(duì)有罪宗室進(jìn)行嚴(yán)厲的懲治,這些舉措對(duì)于規(guī)范宗室行為,維護(hù)專制統(tǒng)治都是具有重要作用的。北魏統(tǒng)治先進(jìn)的漢族地區(qū),宗室的文化面貌隨之發(fā)生重大改變。文士所占的比重在洛陽時(shí)代超過單純的武將。宗室的文化面貌雖受南朝新風(fēng)的影響,但仍以河北學(xué)術(shù)為根基。
[Abstract]:The patriarchal clan of the Northern Wei Dynasty is the core of the aristocratic group and the cornerstone of the national rule, so it is of great significance to study the patriarchal clan of the Northern Wei Dynasty. After Tuoba Xianbei entered the Central Plains, the clan gradually got rid of the tradition of direct diligence in the tribal era and changed to the Chinese family system. While reforming the clan, the emperor tried his best to improve their social status and make them enjoy high privileges in politics, economy, law, culture and so on. The living situation of the patriarchal family in the Northern Wei Dynasty has changed several times around the development of imperial power, which is quite loose on the whole, which is in sharp contrast with the physical disability of the patriarchal family in the Southern Dynasty in the same period. However, the Northern Wei Dynasty did not completely relax the control of the clan. It emulated the Han and Jin dynasties, restored the management of the daily affairs of the patriarchal, zongzheng, and division clans, and adopted legal means to severely punish the guilty clans. these measures played an important role in standardizing clan behavior and maintaining autocratic rule. In the Han nationality area ruled by the Northern Wei Dynasty, the cultural appearance of the clan changed greatly. The proportion of scribes exceeded that of simple generals in Luoyang era. Although the cultural appearance of the clan was influenced by the new style of the Southern Dynasty, it was still based on Hebei academic.
