【摘要】：有清一代,奉天逐漸成為清朝重要的糧食產(chǎn)地。因奉天在海陸與京畿、直隸地區(qū)相連,至京師、直隸、山東地區(qū)遭災(zāi)之時,奉天成為清廷首要的調(diào)糧地區(qū),以此賑濟災(zāi)民,穩(wěn)定畿輔地區(qū)的社會秩序。由此,清代奉天糧食海運應(yīng)運而生。清朝統(tǒng)治者將東北視作根本重地,故在從奉天調(diào)運糧食的態(tài)度上顯得極為謹(jǐn)慎。究其原因,清廷一方面需要考慮安撫災(zāi)民,以確保清朝統(tǒng)治中心的安定;另一方面還需考慮在奉天的旗民生計,以確保東北根本之地的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, Fengtian gradually became an important grain producing area in the Qing Dynasty. Because Fengtian was connected between sea and land and Jingji, Zhili area, to the time of disaster in Jingshi, Zhili and Shandong areas, Fengtian became the most important grain distribution area in Qing Dynasty, so as to provide relief to the victims and stabilize the social order in Guinfu area. As a result, Fengtian grain shipping came into being in Qing Dynasty. The rulers of the Qing Dynasty regarded Northeast China as a fundamental place, so they were extremely cautious in transporting grain from heaven. On the one hand, the Qing government needs to consider appeasing the victims in order to ensure the stability of the ruling center of the Qing Dynasty; on the other hand, it also needs to consider the livelihood of the flag people in order to ensure the stability of the fundamental place in Northeast China.
