明清山陜商人與西北市場化進程

【摘要】： 山陜商人的崛起是明清之際政府因西北邊防建設(shè)和管理西北人民的需要 而在山陜兩省實行一系列特殊經(jīng)濟政策的產(chǎn)物，他們在西北市場上的鬻布、 販茶、銷煙等經(jīng)濟活動促進了西北市場化的進程。 明清中國封建經(jīng)濟已發(fā)展到鼎盛時期，西北較低的手工業(yè)發(fā)展水平和當 地人民薄弱的商業(yè)觀念和市場意識，為山陜商人進軍西北留下了歷史機遇和 發(fā)展空間，，而西北經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的牧業(yè)及其豐富的物產(chǎn)，涵養(yǎng)了山陜商人在西北 貿(mào)易賴以存在和發(fā)展的市場購買能力。 明清政府因西北戰(zhàn)略地位的重要性和封建國家作為一個實體存在也要 謀取經(jīng)濟利益的原因，于是在西北市場上壟斷茶、布、鹽等商品交易，在獲 取經(jīng)濟利益的同時利用經(jīng)濟手段對西北番漢居民進行控制，而山陜商人面對 西北市場巨大的利益誘惑向政府人為控制的市場不斷發(fā)起挑戰(zhàn)，由此在“控 制”與“反控制”，“跟隨政府”、“沖擊政府”的斗爭中，西北市場化進程 不斷向前推進，但由于封建商人本身的局限性和歷史條件的束縛，這一歷史 任務(wù)最終未能在山陜商人手中完成…… 文章通過分析西北的市場、資源狀況、市場發(fā)育程度，剖析山陜商人的 經(jīng)濟行為對西北市場的誘導、萌發(fā)、促進作用，比較清晰的論述了山陜商人 對西北市場化進程的能動性作用。
[Abstract]:The rise of Shanshan businessmen was the product of a series of special economic policies carried out by the government in Shanshan and Shaanxi provinces because of the needs of the northwest border defense construction and management of the northwest people in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Tea trafficking, cigarette marketing and other economic activities have promoted the process of marketization in Northwest China. The feudal economy of China in Ming and Qing dynasties had reached its heyday, the low level of handicraft industry development in northwest China and the weak commercial concept and market consciousness of the local people. It has left a historical opportunity and space for the merchants of Shanshan and Shaanxi to march into the northwest, and the economically developed animal husbandry and its rich products in the northwest have been left behind. It maintains the market purchasing ability on which Shanshan businessmen depend for the existence and development of northwest trade. Because of the importance of the strategic position of the northwest and the reason why the feudal country had to seek economic interests as an entity, the Ming and Qing governments monopolized the trading of tea, cloth, salt and other commodities in the northwest market. While obtaining economic benefits, he used economic means to control the Panghan residents in the northwest. In the face of the huge interest temptation of the northwest market, Shanshan businessmen continue to challenge the artificially controlled market of the government, thus "following the government" in the "control system" and "anti-control". In the struggle to "impact the government", the process of marketization in Northwest China continued to move forward, but due to the limitations of feudal businessmen themselves and the constraints of historical conditions, This historical task was finally not completed in the hands of Shanshan businessmen. By analyzing the market, resource situation and market development degree in northwest China, this paper analyzes the induction, germination and promotion of the economic behavior of Shanshan businessmen to the northwest market. This paper clearly discusses the dynamic role of Shanshan businessmen in the marketization process of northwest China.
