雍正的用人之道探析

【摘要】:正在中國歷史上一千余位封建君主中,清朝的雍正無疑是一位杰出的皇帝。他在位十三年,勵(lì)精圖治,殫精竭慮,政績卓著,這在相當(dāng)大的程度上應(yīng)該歸功于他對(duì)澄清吏治、知人善任的重視以及他高明精妙的用人之道。雍正獨(dú)特的用人之道對(duì)當(dāng)前正在推進(jìn)的干部人事制度改革也富有啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:Among the more than a thousand feudal monarchs in Chinese history, the Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty was undoubtedly an outstanding emperor. In his thirteen years in office, he worked hard, and achieved outstanding political achievements, which was to a large extent due to his emphasis on clarifying the administration of officials, knowing people's benevolence, and his ingenious ways of employing people. Yongzheng's unique way of employing people is also instructive to the reform of cadre and personnel system being promoted at present.
