尹灣漢墓簡牘論考

【摘要】： 該文是國內(nèi)外以尹灣漢墓簡牘為研究對象的博士學(xué)位論文，20萬字， 分別就尹灣漢墓簡牘中迄今尚無人涉獵的《元延二年日記》簡冊、木牘10 反“師君兄貸師子夏”錢約以及雖有人研究，但還存在諸多言所不及、言 之不盡方面的《贈錢名籍》七、八號木牘、《名謁》十四至二十三號木牘、 《君兄繒方緹中物疏》十三號木牘等進(jìn)行研究，共八部分：一、引言，介 紹尹灣漢墓簡牘研究概況及本課題研究的主要方面與學(xué)術(shù)價值；二、《元 延二年日記》校釋，利用文字、文獻(xiàn)、歷史學(xué)理論方法與知識，結(jié)合傳世 文獻(xiàn)和其它出土簡牘資料對《元延二年日記》簡冊文字、內(nèi)容、脫簡及所 涉及的漢代名物、制度、歷史地理、社會生活與風(fēng)俗等進(jìn)行考釋與�？�； 三、《元延二年日記》所反映的事實(shí)與制度論考，內(nèi)容包括《日記》所反 映的漢代歷法制度演變、郡府屬吏巡行視察制度、吏休制度、卒史署曹制 度以及氣象與氣候變遷等；四、《元延二年日記》文書淵源探索，分別就 《元延二年日記》自身文書特點(diǎn)、淵源、性質(zhì)及用途等予以分析探討；五、 《贈錢名籍》性質(zhì)考辨——兼論西漢成帝時期東�？さ纳鐣c經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況，， 研究涉及西漢東�？ば帐辖M成、宗族勢力、家庭規(guī)模及貨幣流通、使用與 物價等；六、尹灣名謁木牘研究，對尹灣名謁木牘自身文字內(nèi)容、蘊(yùn)含的 歷史文化信息、反映的漢晉名謁制度發(fā)展演變等進(jìn)行闡釋和發(fā)掘；七、 “師君兄貸師子夏”錢約考，集中就此券的文書性質(zhì)、使用以及所反映的 漢代社會歷史問題等予以考察；八、墓主師饒思想探析，從“《君兄繒方 緹中物疏》所載書籍反映的墓主愛好”、“墓主師饒生前活動反映的個人政 治傾向”、“西漢思想、文化對墓主師饒思想的影響” 等三方面對墓主師饒 思想進(jìn)行分析和歸納總結(jié)，全面系統(tǒng)地勾勒復(fù)原出了墓主師饒本人生前活 動、經(jīng)歷及思想。這不僅對于我國簡牘文書學(xué)（主要是私文書的探討與研 究）、秦漢社會史、文化史、政治制度史等研究具有重大的學(xué)術(shù)價值，同 時也對尹灣漢墓簡牘研究方面做了些鉤沉發(fā)微工作。
