【摘要】：清代,京城牛羊圈由慶豐司管轄。牛羊圈所養(yǎng)的牛羊繁多,且有完整的人員編制。牛羊的飼喂分為在圈喂養(yǎng)和放養(yǎng)。牛羊圈的考核,包括圈間肥瘦情況比較和死亡情況兩個(gè)方面。牛羊圈為皇室提供了不計(jì)其數(shù)的牛乳和羊肉,殘傷的牛羊要變賣,死亡的牛羊則為武備院提供皮張,為虎、鷺鷥等提供食物。牛羊圈形成的一套較完善的管理機(jī)制,對(duì)今天有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, the city's cattle and sheep were under the jurisdiction of Qingfeng. Cattle and sheep are kept by a wide range of sheep and cattle, and have a complete staffing. Cattle and sheep feeding is divided into circle feeding and stocking. The evaluation of cattle and sheep hoops includes two aspects: the comparison of lean condition and death. Cattle and sheep circles provide the royal family with countless milk and mutton, bruised cattle and sheep to be sold, dead cattle and sheep to provide the military hospital with leather sheets, for tigers, egrets and other food. A set of perfect management mechanism formed by cattle and sheep ring has certain reference significance to today.
