【摘要】：唐代陵戶設(shè)置的人數(shù)在史籍中有"400人"和"3 000戶"的不同記載,推測400人當(dāng)出自3 000戶,在陵寢分番上下。有關(guān)陵戶的規(guī)定并未體現(xiàn)在"令"中而應(yīng)該是在"式"中。陵戶主要職掌有守衛(wèi)、灑掃、筑墳三項(xiàng)。陵戶在開元十七年前身份是官賤民,類似官戶;之后成為良民,類似"庶士",屬內(nèi)職掌。不過,其身份又低于一般百姓,與"太常寺音聲人"相近,終身服役,受束縛較重。到唐晚期,又有雇傭"守當(dāng)夫"的出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The number of mausoleum households in the Tang Dynasty is recorded in the historical records of "400 people" and "3,000 households". It is speculated that 400 people are from 3,000 families, divided into two parts in the mausoleum. The regulations on mausoleum are not embodied in the order, but in the style. Mausoleum head of household should have guard, sprinkle sweep, build grave 3 item. Mausoleum in Kaiyuan 17 years ago as an official untouchability, similar to the official household; then become a good people, similar to the "common man", belong to the inner job. However, its status is lower than the ordinary people, and the "Taichang Temple voice person" close, lifetime service, more severely bound. By the late Tang Dynasty, there was the appearance of employment.
