【摘要】： 外交出訪是國家之間交往的主要方式。在歷史的進(jìn)程中，國家對于外交出訪制度的規(guī)定具有一定的時代特色。本文綜合運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、政治學(xué)、國際關(guān)系學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論與方法，對明代外交使臣出訪制度進(jìn)行考證。文章以明代使臣出訪的動態(tài)過程為主線，探討了明代外交使臣的選派制度、出訪籌備制度、出訪中的定制及回國后的述職與獎懲機(jī)制等一系列相關(guān)的管理制度和規(guī)定，總結(jié)出了明代外交出訪制度上的特色。 結(jié)合中國古代外交制度發(fā)展的進(jìn)程，本文認(rèn)為明代在建制上作出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)，對前代起到了傳承和完善作用，，并為后世的效仿和改進(jìn)提供了借鑒的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Diplomatic visits are the main means of communication between countries. In the course of history, the state has certain characteristics of the times. Based on the theories and methods of history, political science, international relations, statistics and other related subjects, this paper makes a textual research on the foreign visits of diplomatic envoys in Ming Dynasty. Based on the dynamic process of the diplomatic missions of the Ming Dynasty, this paper probes into a series of relevant management systems and regulations, such as the selection system, the preparation system, the customization of the foreign missions, the mechanism of reporting duties and rewards and punishments after returning to China, and so on. Summed up the characteristics of the Ming Dynasty diplomatic visit system. Combined with the process of the development of ancient Chinese diplomatic system, this paper holds that the Ming Dynasty made some contributions to the establishment, played a role in inheritance and perfection of the previous generation, and provided a reference basis for the emulation and improvement of later generations.
