【摘要】：糧食安全作為一個(gè)全球性話題,長期受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注,而"饑荒"屬于糧食不安全的極端情況,受到自然因素和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的綜合影響。以史為鑒,重建中國古代饑荒序列,可為進(jìn)一步分析饑荒的成因、影響等提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),為解決當(dāng)前的糧食問題提供借鑒。本文以《中國歷代自然災(zāi)害及歷代盛世農(nóng)業(yè)政策資料》為主要數(shù)據(jù)源,《中國災(zāi)害通史》輔之,重建中國西漢至清代的饑荒年數(shù)、次數(shù)、綜合指數(shù)序列,并分析其特征。主要結(jié)論如下:(1)不論是發(fā)生年數(shù)還是次數(shù),饑荒的時(shí)間序列沒有顯著的周期性,呈一定的波動(dòng)趨勢;(2)從饑荒綜合指數(shù)序列看,存在6個(gè)饑荒相對(duì)多發(fā)的階段,其中460~520AD、660~710AD、1420~1560AD饑荒影響范圍大、發(fā)生時(shí)段集中,1160~1230AD、1640~1850AD饑荒頻發(fā)但區(qū)域集中,而1260~1360AD饑荒頻發(fā)且區(qū)域廣布,各階段饑荒的頻率、強(qiáng)度特征不同;(3)饑荒本身并非一種自然現(xiàn)象,而是天災(zāi)人禍并行的結(jié)果,在有原因說明的記載中,旱災(zāi)、水災(zāi)、蝗災(zāi)、疫災(zāi)、賦稅等都會(huì)引起饑荒。
[Abstract]:Food security, as a global topic, has long been concerned by scholars at home and abroad, while "famine" belongs to the extreme situation of food insecurity, which is influenced by natural factors and social and economic factors. Taking history as a mirror and reconstructing the sequence of famine in ancient China can provide basic data for further analysis of the causes and effects of famine and provide reference for solving the current grain problem. In this paper, the main data sources of natural disasters and agricultural policies in the past dynasties of China and the General History of disasters in China are used to reconstruct the number, times and comprehensive index sequence of famine from the Western Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty in China, and to analyze its characteristics. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) no matter the number of years or the number of times, the time series of famine has no significant periodicity and fluctuates to a certain extent; (2) from the comprehensive index sequence of famine, there are 6 phases of relatively frequent famine. Among them, 460 / 520AD / 660D / 710AD / 1420 / 1560AD / 1420AD / 1560AD / 1420AD / 1560AD / 1420 / 710AD / 1420AD / 1560AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / 1640AD / It is the result of both natural and man-made disasters. Drought, flood, locust plague, taxation and so on will cause famine.
