【摘要】： 《淮南子》又名《淮南鴻烈》,由西漢淮南王劉安招集賓客方士編寫而成,約成書于景帝中后期和武帝即位之初。作者總結了先秦漢初治亂興衰的經(jīng)驗教訓,努力探尋自然和社會發(fā)展的規(guī)律性,試圖為封建國家的長治久安提供一種完備的理論學說。該書內容涉及哲學、政治、經(jīng)濟、史學、天文學、地理學、醫(yī)學等諸多方面,保存了大量彌足珍貴的文化資料。本文側重于從國家治理方面來探討《淮南子》所包涵的豐富思想,主要從以下幾個方面進行了論述: 《淮南子》治國思想產(chǎn)生的背景�！痘茨献印烦蓵畷r,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)治者的一系列改革,社會經(jīng)濟已擺脫了漢初的凋敝狀況而日趨繁榮;政治上,統(tǒng)治者亦逐步轉變了漢初的無為政策而日趨有為;開放的文化政策為學術思想的活躍提供了良好的環(huán)境,各家學說趨向融合,儒道兩家成為當時主要的文化思潮,再加之劉安本人的文化素養(yǎng)和淮南王國特殊的文化環(huán)境,都對《淮南子》的治國理論體系的構建產(chǎn)生了重要影響。 《淮南子》的政治思想。這是《淮南子》治國思想中極其重要的一部分,在文中亦占有很大的比重,主要從《淮南子》的民本思想、君道思想、法律思想、用人思想及其關于政治體制的構想五個方面進行了詳細論述。民本思想包括“民者國之本”、利民思想和安民思想。君道思想主要從君道無為、君臣異道、修身正己三方面進行了論述。法律思想主要包括法的重要地位、立法思想、執(zhí)法思想及仁義為本的思想。在用人思想方面主要論述了《淮南子》的人才觀、察人之道和用人之道。 《淮南子》的經(jīng)濟思想。主要包括重農(nóng)思想、工商業(yè)思想和社會分工思想三個方面。關于重農(nóng)思想,主要從農(nóng)業(yè)的重要地位和《淮南子》一書中所包含的具體的農(nóng)業(yè)管理思想兩方面進行了論述。工商業(yè)思想包括手工業(yè)思想和商業(yè)思想兩個部分,分別論述了其在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位和具體的管理思想。在繼承前人的基礎上,其社會分工思想對經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展亦有重要的進步意義。 《淮南子》的教育思想。《淮南子》繼承并發(fā)展了先秦各家學說中關于教育的論述并在某種程度上進行了融合,表現(xiàn)出儒道互補互絀的特點。主要從教育的作用、教育教學思想和教學內容三方面對其進行了論述。 《淮南子》的軍事思想。軍事是關系國家成敗的一個重要因素,其地位之重要在古代尤為明顯。《淮南子》對軍事亦非常重視,并專門辟有《兵略訓》一篇進行論述。本文主要從戰(zhàn)爭觀、用兵之道和為將之道三個方面對其豐富的軍事思想進行了論述。 《淮南子》的生態(tài)倫理思想�！痘茨献印芬粫邪S富的生態(tài)倫理思想,對我們正確處理人與自然的關系及和諧生態(tài)環(huán)境的建設都有重要的啟示作用。這一部分主要涉及《淮南子》的生態(tài)整體觀、生態(tài)平等觀、“無為”的生態(tài)倫理原則和生態(tài)保護思想四個部分。 對《淮南子》治國思想的評價是本文的最后一部分,主要包括《淮南子》治國思想對后世的影響及其當代價值兩個部分。 《淮南子》一書在治國安民方面有許多超越時代的思想精華,在某些方面可以為當代的國家治理提供重要借鑒。通過對《淮南子》治國思想的研究,我們也可以對漢代學術發(fā)展過程中所表現(xiàn)出的綜合化特征有更深入的了解。
[Abstract]:Huainanzi, also known as Huainan Honglie, was written by Liu An, the king of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty, who gathered guests and scholars. It was written in the middle and late period of Emperor Jing and the beginning of Emperor Wu's reign. The book covers philosophy, politics, economics, historiography, astronomy, geography, medicine and many other aspects, preserving a large number of precious cultural data. This paper focuses on the governance of the country to explore the rich ideas contained in Huainanzi, mainly from the following aspects are discussed:
The background of Huainanzi's thought of governing the country. < Huainanzi's book was written. After a series of reforms by the rulers, the social economy had been getting rid of the depression in the early Han Dynasty and became more and more prosperous. Politically, the rulers gradually changed the inaction policy in the early Han Dynasty and became more and more promising. The open cultural policy provided a good link for the active academic thought. Confucianism and Taoism became the main cultural trends at that time. In addition, Liu An's own cultural accomplishment and the special cultural environment of the Huainan Kingdom had an important impact on the construction of the theoretical system of governing the country.
The political thought of Huainanzi is an extremely important part of Huainanzi's thought of governing the country. It also occupies a large proportion in the article. It is expounded in detail from five aspects: the people-oriented thought, the monarchy thought, the legal thought, the employing thought and the conception of political system of Huainanzi. The thoughts of benefiting the people and pacifying the people are mainly discussed from three aspects: the inaction of the monarch, the disobedience of the monarch and his subjects, and the self-cultivation.
The economic thought of Huainanzi mainly includes the thought of attaching importance to agriculture, the thought of industry and commerce, and the thought of social division of labor.The thought of attaching importance to agriculture is mainly discussed from the important position of agriculture and the concrete thought of agricultural management contained in the book Huainanzi.The thought of industry and commerce includes the thought of handicraft industry and the thought of commerce. On the basis of inheriting predecessors'ideas of social division of labor, it also has important significance for economic development.
Huainanzi inherits and develops the discussion on education in various schools of thought before Qin Dynasty and merges them to a certain extent, showing the characteristics of complementarity and mutuality between Confucianism and Taoism.
The military thought of Huainanzi is an important factor that affects the success or failure of a country, especially in ancient times. Huainanzi also attached great importance to military affairs and devoted a special article to discuss it. This article mainly discusses his rich military thought from three aspects: the view of war, the way of using military force and the way of serving as generals. Discuss.
"Huainanzi" contains rich ecological ethics thoughts, which have important enlightenment for us to correctly handle the relationship between man and nature and the construction of harmonious ecological environment. This part mainly involves the ecological holistic view, ecological equality view and ecological ethics principle of "inaction". Four parts of state protection thought.
The evaluation of Huainanzi's thought of governing the country is the last part of this paper, which mainly includes the influence of Huainanzi's thought of governing the country on later generations and its contemporary value.
The book Huainanzi has many ideological quintessences that transcend the times in order to keep the country and the people in order, and in some respects can provide important references for contemporary national governance.
