【摘要】：唐代是我國古代人事檔案管理發(fā)展的重要階段,尚書省南曹是當時最為重要的人事檔案管理機構。文章對唐代南曹發(fā)展歷程進行了梳理,對其官員任職及職責進行分析,為我國現(xiàn)代人事檔案管理提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:The Tang Dynasty was an important stage in the development of personnel archives management in ancient China. This article combs the development course of Southern Cao in Tang Dynasty, analyzes the position and duty of its officials, and provides a theoretical reference for the management of modern personnel files in China.
