中國歷代飲茶的擇水之說

【摘要】:飲茶擇水是茶文化的一大特征。從晉代杜育的《鋶賦》始,歷經(jīng)唐、宋,直至明清,歷代茶人的飲茶擇水之說層出不窮,內(nèi)容涉及各種類、各地域水源的選擇比較和各種水質(zhì)的品評等,其內(nèi)涵不斷豐富,從而展示出中國傳統(tǒng)茶文化博大的文化內(nèi)涵和智慧光芒,值得我們認真借鑒和傳承。
[Abstract]:Drinking tea and choosing water is one of the characteristics of tea culture. From the beginning of du Yu's Matte Fu in Jin Dynasty, through Tang, Song, and Ming and Qing dynasties, the tea drinking and water selection theory of tea drinkers in successive dynasties emerged one after another, and the contents involved various kinds, the selection and comparison of water sources in various regions and the evaluation of various water quality, etc., and its connotation was constantly rich. Thus, it shows the cultural connotation and wisdom of Chinese traditional tea culture, which is worthy of our careful reference and inheritance.
