【摘要】： 信息傳播伴隨人類活動(dòng)的始終。信息渠道與信息傳播是不可分離的。而作為信息渠道的驛站,在蒙元時(shí)期的信息傳播中起著極其重要的作用。 關(guān)于蒙元驛站,前人已經(jīng)有過(guò)多方面的研究。但專門(mén)探討其信息職能的文章很少。筆者在查閱了大量史料的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)蒙元驛站的信息職能進(jìn)行了綜合全面的研究。本文認(rèn)為即使是西方學(xué)者在20世紀(jì)所提出的一些信息傳播理論,在蒙元時(shí)期同樣適用。蒙元統(tǒng)治者在軍事上對(duì)驛站的重視,體現(xiàn)了“媒介依從理論”;通過(guò)驛站傳遞政治信息,體現(xiàn)了媒介的“議程設(shè)置功能”;而通過(guò)驛站獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)信息,則體現(xiàn)了麥克盧漢的“媒介即信息”這一觀點(diǎn)。 為了使驛站有效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),保證信息暢通,元朝政府從中央到地方建立了一套較為完善的機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)管理驛站。除了對(duì)驛馬和牌符進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格管理外,還注重減輕驛站負(fù)擔(dān),加強(qiáng)驛站監(jiān)管,及時(shí)賑濟(jì)站戶等。 作為信息傳播的重要渠道,蒙元驛站信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)在當(dāng)時(shí)的信息傳播中發(fā)揮了重要的作用,對(duì)之后的明清兩代產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,同時(shí),對(duì)中亞、西亞、歐洲的驛站制度也產(chǎn)生了重要影響。
[Abstract]:The dissemination of information is accompanied by human activities. The information channel and the information dissemination are inseparable. As a channel of information, the post station played an extremely important role in the dissemination of information in the period of the Mongolian and Yuan dynasties. Regarding the Mongolian Yuan post, the predecessor already had many aspects of research. But the article that specially discusses its information function is few. On the basis of consulting a great deal of historical data, the author makes a comprehensive and comprehensive study on the information function of Mengyuan Post. This paper holds that even some theories of information dissemination put forward by western scholars in the 20th century are also applicable in the period of the Mongolian and Yuan dynasties. The rulers of the Yuan and Mongolia paid more attention to the post in military terms, which embodied the theory of "media compliance", the transmission of political information through the post, the "function of setting the agenda" of the media, and the acquisition of economic information through the post. It reflects McLuhan's view that media is information. In order to make the post run effectively and ensure the smooth information, the Yuan Dynasty government established a set of relatively perfect institutions to manage the post from the central government to the local government. In addition to the strict management of post horses and signs, it also pays attention to lightening the burden of the post, strengthening the supervision of the post, and providing relief to the households in time. As an important channel of information dissemination, the information network of Mengyuan Post Station played an important role in the dissemination of information at that time, and had a profound influence on the two generations of Ming and Qing dynasties, at the same time, it had a profound impact on Central Asia and West Asia. The European post system also had an important impact.
