【摘要】：明清西北城鎮(zhèn)體系出現(xiàn)多元發(fā)展勢頭,各區(qū)域行政治所城鎮(zhèn)作為地方政治與軍事的中心,其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度卻在減緩,許多地區(qū)形成政治中心與經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的分離。陜西西安、涇陽、三原就是一個典型案例。明代受藩王政治的影響,作為陜西布政使司所在地千年古都西安,伴隨其政治與軍事地位的提高,經(jīng)濟(jì)地位卻在下降,三原、涇陽成長為本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)中心。清代西安與涇陽、三原共同承擔(dān)了西北地區(qū)商貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)輸?shù)穆毮?西安經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度雖有所加快,但仍然不能獨(dú)立成長為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,其中原因與清王朝對于地方中心城市的軍事控制也有很大關(guān)系。這一案例雖存在于西北地區(qū),但對于我們理解中國封建體制下的國家與地方關(guān)系有很大的意義,也是研究歷史時期城鎮(zhèn)多元體系格局的很好模本。
[Abstract]:In the northwest of Ming and Qing dynasties, there was a trend of pluralistic development. As the center of local politics and military, the speed of economic development was slowing down, and many regions formed the separation of political center and economic center. Xi'an, Shaanxi, Jingyang, Sanyuan is a typical case. Influenced by the politics of vassal kings, Xi'an, the ancient capital of Shaanxi Province, as the seat of the political and military affairs of the Ming Dynasty, with the improvement of its political and military status, its economic status is declining, and Sanyuan and Jingyang have grown into the economic center of the region. In the Qing Dynasty, Xi'an and Jingyang, Sanyuan jointly assumed the function of transferring commerce and trade to the northwest. Although the economic development of Xi'an accelerated somewhat, it still could not grow into a regional economic center independently. The reasons were also related to the Qing Dynasty's military control of local central cities. Although this case exists in Northwest China, it is of great significance for us to understand the relationship between the state and the local under the feudal system of China, and it is also a good model for studying the pattern of urban pluralistic system in the historical period.
