【摘要】： 本文以宋朝制置使這一具體職官為研究主題，在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，，從以下三個(gè)方面入手對(duì)其進(jìn)行討論。 第一，分清兩類(lèi)制置使的區(qū)別，避免將制置使單純地理解為一種存在形式。制置使由非軍職為主形式向軍職為主、乃至唯一形式的轉(zhuǎn)變，說(shuō)明宋王朝在應(yīng)對(duì)時(shí)局時(shí)職官制度的發(fā)展，制置使成為王朝應(yīng)對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)的重要措施。 第二，論述制置使的發(fā)展過(guò)程，討論其制度的內(nèi)涵，包括設(shè)立經(jīng)過(guò)、職能權(quán)限的完善、兼職、幕府構(gòu)成、任職資格等。 第三，探討制度的外延層面，主要是該制度與南宋國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)系、制置使與相關(guān)職官的關(guān)系及對(duì)地方行政的影響、宋廷對(duì)制置使的控馭，通過(guò)這些來(lái)說(shuō)明制置使制度與戰(zhàn)時(shí)體制的聯(lián)系。 文章圍繞上述三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)論述，主體分為五章，通過(guò)對(duì)制置使內(nèi)涵的考述，以及對(duì)與之相關(guān)的若干問(wèn)題的闡釋?zhuān)瑏?lái)說(shuō)明宋朝職官制度的特點(diǎn)，勾勒出宋代政治文化環(huán)境下文官主導(dǎo)的戰(zhàn)時(shí)體制的歷史輪廓。
[Abstract]:This article takes the Song Dynasty as the research subject, and discusses it from the following three aspects on the basis of previous studies.
First, distinguish the difference between the two types of system, avoid making the system simply understood as a form of existence. The transformation from non military and post oriented to military service, and even the only form, illustrates the development of the official system of the Song Dynasty in responding to the current situation and the important measures to become the king's response to the war situation.
Second, it discusses the development process of the system, discusses the connotation of its system, including the establishment process, the perfection of functions and powers, the part-time work, the composition of the shogunate, the qualification of the post and so on.
Third, to discuss the extension level of the system, mainly the relationship between the system and the national defense strategy of the Southern Song Dynasty, the relationship between the system and the related officials and the influence on the local administration, and the control by the Song court on the system of the system, which explains the connection between the system of the system and the wartime system.
The article focuses on the above three aspects, and the main body is divided into five chapters. Through the examination of the connotation of the system and the explanation of some related problems, this paper explains the characteristics of the official system in the Song Dynasty and outlines the historical outline of the wartime system dominated by civil officials in the political and cultural environment of the Song Dynasty.
