【摘要】：清初,平?jīng)龈l(fā)生了莊浪、靈臺二縣分別擺脫靜寧、涇州二州管轄,直隸于府的事件。通過對相關史料的深層分析,該文揭示出了事件背后所隱含的地方社會史的相關內(nèi)容,清初平?jīng)龈菘h隸屬關系的調(diào)整,打破了平?jīng)龈悦鞔詠砩⒅蓊I縣局面的延續(xù),這種地方行政制度向"規(guī)范化"發(fā)展的動力,并不是封建王朝主動行政運作的產(chǎn)物,而是地方社會問題所引發(fā)的一場"變革"。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of Qing Dynasty, Zhuanglang took place in Pingliang House, Lingtai County got rid of Jingning, Jingzhou and Zhili respectively. Through the deep analysis of the relevant historical data, this paper reveals the relevant contents of the local social history hidden behind the incident, and the adjustment of the subordinate relationship between Pingliang prefectures and counties in the early Qing Dynasty, which breaks the continuation of the situation of the Pingliangfu prefectures and counties since the Ming Dynasty. The motive force of the development of this kind of local administrative system to "standardization" is not the product of the active administrative operation of the feudal dynasty, but a "revolution" caused by the local social problems.
