論《唐律釋文》及其文獻價值

【摘要】：《唐律釋文》原為宋人此山貰冶子為學(xué)習(xí)《宋刑統(tǒng)》而編纂的《宋刑統(tǒng)釋文》,后經(jīng)元人王元亮重編而附入《唐律疏議》。《唐律釋文》現(xiàn)有兩種版本系統(tǒng),一是至正本系,一是文化本系,文化本系更原始一些,應(yīng)是沿襲了最早的泰定本《唐律釋文》,至正本系則是文化本系所代表的泰定本的修正版�！短坡舍屛摹峰e亂嚴(yán)重,文化本尤甚,但仍對學(xué)習(xí)、�？薄短坡墒枳h》《宋刑統(tǒng)》及解決某些學(xué)術(shù)問題有一定價值。
[Abstract]:"interpretation of Tang Law" was originally compiled by the Song Dynasty to learn from "Song penalty system", which was later recompiled by Wang Yuanliang, a member of the Yuan Dynasty, and attached to "Tang Law Shu Shu". There are two versions of the "interpretation of Tang Law", one of which is in the original system. First, the Department of Cultural Origin, which is more primitive, should follow the earliest Thai version of the interpretation of Tang Law, and the original Department is a revised version of the final version of the Thai text represented by the Department of Cultural Origin. The interpretation of the Tang Dynasty Law is a serious disorder, especially the cultural version. But it still has certain value for learning, collating "Tang Law", "Song Criminal system" and solving some academic problems.
