【摘要】：《漢律披遺》代表漢代律令最高成就,并已問世數(shù)十載,同時(shí)中國簡牘的發(fā)現(xiàn)也已經(jīng)有了上百年的歷程,文章將通過對(duì)比出土的秦漢簡牘來進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)漢朝典章《九章律》的真正含義及內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:"Han Law drape" represents the highest achievements of laws and decrees in the Han Dynasty, and has been published for dozens of years. At the same time, the discovery of Chinese bamboo slips has had a history of more than a hundred years. This article will further understand the true meaning and content of the Han Dynasty's laws and regulations by comparing the bamboo slips unearthed from Qin and Han dynasties.
