【摘要】：宋代社會流動性大,女性是行旅活動中不容忽視的社會群體。宋代女性在行旅中會面臨種種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),遭遇劫掠即是其中十分突出的問題。在宋代,無論戰(zhàn)亂年代抑或承平時(shí)期,幾乎各個(gè)階層的女性都有可能在行旅中遭遇劫掠風(fēng)險(xiǎn),社會動蕩之際,女性遭遇劫掠風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的機(jī)率往往更高。宋代女性旅者遇劫之地亦廣泛分散,幾乎涉及宋代所有地區(qū)。不僅盜賊、流寇、外敵等威脅女性旅者安全,書生、里胥、商人、舟師、卜者、僧人、宋軍軍卒、民兵乃至旅者親屬等,都有可能劫掠女性。就其劫掠目的而言,則多為劫色,或劫色又劫財(cái)者;也有劫持女性旅者欲殺人祭鬼者;還有劫持女性丈夫任官誥敕,冒名頂替任官者,在這一過程中,女性家眷又成為歹徒劫持侵害的對象。宋代女性行旅中遭遇的劫掠風(fēng)險(xiǎn),不僅危害女性旅者個(gè)人生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,也可能損害地方社會乃至國家利益。除女性旅者個(gè)人外,家庭、社會與官府在應(yīng)對女性旅者遇劫問題中的作用值得重視,但宋代仍未形成較為安全有序的行旅環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Song Dynasty social mobility, women are travel activities in social groups can not be ignored. Women in Song Dynasty will face all kinds of risks in traveling. In the Song Dynasty, women from almost all walks of life were likely to encounter the risk of looting during the war period and the peacetime period. In times of social unrest, women were often more likely to encounter the risk of looting. Not only thieves, rogues, foreign enemies and so on threaten the safety of female travelers, Scholars, Lishu, merchants, boat masters, diviners, monks, Song soldiers, militia and even relatives of travelers, and so on, may plunder women. As far as the purpose of the looting is concerned, most of them are looters or looters; there are also those who hijack female travelers who wish to kill and sacrifice ghosts; and those who hijack female husbands, Jiao Kuang-chi, who impersonate officials, and in the process, The risk of plunder encountered by women traveling in Song Dynasty not only endangers the personal life and property of female travelers, but also may damage the interests of local society and even the country. In addition to female travelers, the role of family, society and government in dealing with the problem of robbery of female travelers is worthy of attention, but the Song Dynasty has not yet formed a relatively safe and orderly traveling environment.
