【摘要】: 漢唐時期漕運(yùn)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展與軍事活動的需求存在著密切的關(guān)系,漕運(yùn)具有重要的軍事功能。 漢唐歷代都利用漕運(yùn)推動統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)爭進(jìn)程。在統(tǒng)一力量占據(jù)優(yōu)勢時既有利用漕運(yùn)運(yùn)送軍糧,也有借運(yùn)河漕運(yùn)同船運(yùn)兵的做法;為了推動統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)事的發(fā)展,開通運(yùn)河通往戰(zhàn)略要地形成軍事交通運(yùn)輸線也是有效的策略;很多政權(quán)會在要害地區(qū)建立漕運(yùn)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行積極的消耗戰(zhàn)。前代的漕運(yùn)系統(tǒng)會被分裂時期不同軍事力量利用來再次完成統(tǒng)一。 漢唐時期的漕運(yùn)在邊事上發(fā)揮的作用也不可低估。邊事的重心也就是漕運(yùn)活動的重點之一。漢唐邊事的重心在北方,而以西北為主,隋唐時期出現(xiàn)了東移的趨勢,漕運(yùn)活動和漕運(yùn)系統(tǒng)受邊事影響,也發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的變化。 軍事地理局面也對漕運(yùn)發(fā)生深刻影響;反之,漕運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展也會對軍事地理格局的變化發(fā)生影響,會強(qiáng)化和改變原有的軍事地理特征。軍事地理格局和漕運(yùn)之間的關(guān)系主要是圍繞軍事重心和區(qū)域關(guān)系兩方面的變化而發(fā)展變化。 漕倉是漕運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。有的漕倉是軍用倉儲,甚至作軍事?lián)c;很多漕倉是州郡大倉和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)倉,也為可能發(fā)生的軍事活動儲備和調(diào)配軍糧。漢唐國家通過漕倉集中運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,來鞏固政治軍事權(quán)力,加強(qiáng)一統(tǒng)。漕倉選址布局的考量,不僅從經(jīng)濟(jì)和交通方面進(jìn)行,也包含了戰(zhàn)略需要。 從漕運(yùn)的軍事作用來看,它是支持大一統(tǒng)制度建立、發(fā)展的命脈所在。
[Abstract]:The generation and development of water transportation in Han and Tang dynasties were closely related to the demands of military activities, and water transportation had important military functions. Han and Tang dynasties used water transportation to promote the process of unification war. In order to promote the development of the unified war, it is also an effective strategy to open the canal to the strategic point to form the military transportation line. Many regimes will set up water transport systems in key areas and engage in active war of attrition. The previous water transport system would be reunified by different military forces during the split period. The role of water transport in the Han and Tang dynasties can not be underestimated. The center of gravity of the border matter is also one of the key points of the water transport activities. The center of gravity of the border events in Han and Tang dynasties was in the north, and the northwest was the main one. During the Sui and Tang dynasties, the trend of moving eastward appeared, and the water transport activities and the water transportation system were affected by the border events, and the corresponding changes took place. On the other hand, the development of the water transportation system will also affect the change of military geographical pattern, and will strengthen and change the original military geographical characteristics. The relationship between military geographical pattern and water transportation mainly revolves around the changes of military center of gravity and regional relationship. Caogang is an important part of water transportation system. Some of them are military storage or even military positions. Many of them are state and county warehouses and transshipment warehouses. They also reserve and deploy military grain for possible military activities. The Han and Tang Dynasty concentrated economic resources to consolidate political and military power and strengthen unification. The consideration of Caoliang location is not only from the aspects of economy and transportation, but also includes strategic needs. From the military role of canal transportation, it is the lifeblood of supporting the establishment and development of the unified system.
