【摘要】：道光朝的義倉(cāng)建設(shè),以獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)勸辦為主要手段,在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)職能、救助手段、管理模式、運(yùn)營(yíng)方式等等方面,均迥異于雍乾時(shí)期的社倉(cāng)制度。這種制度變革的探索促成了義倉(cāng)的一度興盛,它拉開(kāi)了晚清義倉(cāng)興起的大幕,對(duì)同、光年間義倉(cāng)的蓬勃發(fā)展提供了制度借鑒。另一方面,政策的刺激、執(zhí)行層面的問(wèn)題等也對(duì)義倉(cāng)的形象和發(fā)展造成了一些負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:Daoguang Dynasty's construction of righteousness warehouse is different from the system of social warehouse in Yongqian period in the aspects of storage function, rescue means, management mode, operation mode and so on. The exploration of this kind of system reform contributed to the prosperity of Yibin, which opened the curtain of the rise of Yibin in the late Qing Dynasty, and provided institutional reference for the vigorous development of Yibin in Guangnian. On the other hand, policy stimulation and executive problems also have some negative effects on the image and development of Yizang.
