【摘要】：西夏官吏請(qǐng)假制度反映了西夏官吏管理制度。通過對(duì)西夏故地甘肅武威出土的2份漢文請(qǐng)假條和《天盛律令》中有關(guān)請(qǐng)假規(guī)定的研究,我們知道西夏的官吏請(qǐng)假制度手續(xù)嚴(yán)格,程序規(guī)范,寬嚴(yán)適度,這有力地激勵(lì)了官吏的信心,提高了辦事效率。這一制度對(duì)后世也有一定的影響。
[Abstract]:Xixia official leave system reflects the Xixia official management system. Through the study of the two Chinese leave notes unearthed in Wuwei, Gansu Province, where Xixia was located, and the relevant leave provisions in the "Tiansheng Law", we know that the official leave system of the Western Xia Dynasty is strict in procedures, standard in procedure, and lenient, strict and appropriate. This powerfully inspires the confidence of officials and improves the efficiency of their work. This system also has certain influence on later generations.
