【摘要】：本文論述了劉晏的主要理財(cái)政策和措施及其所取得的出色成果,關(guān)注民生、重視租稅的恤民經(jīng)濟(jì)原則是劉晏理財(cái)政策最成功之處,其知人善任、勤勉儉約的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)也值得后人學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses Liu Yan's main financial policies and measures and their outstanding achievements. The principle of caring for the people's livelihood and paying attention to taxation are the most successful aspects of Liu Yan's financial management policy. The excellent qualities of diligence and thrift are also worth learning from later generations.
