【摘要】：有清一代,各地的學政案件層出不窮、屢見不鮮,反映了清代學政制度的種種弊端。透過對以"俞鴻圖案"等為典型的考察,從中可發(fā)現(xiàn)清代學政案明顯的兩大規(guī)律,首先是早、中期學政案之所以頻繁發(fā)生、屢禁不止,其深層次的根本原因,在于當事人受經濟利益的驅動。而中、后期,整個社會的教育風氣已趨向敗壞,顯示出清王朝教育體制的日趨衰微。其次,統(tǒng)治者對學政案的懲處,經歷了前嚴后寬的一個變化過程。盡管清代統(tǒng)治者十分重視學政制度的建設和維護,并采取嚴厲手段懲處各種學政案,但收效甚微,而最終,學政制度隨著科舉制度的廢除而退出了歷史的舞臺。
[Abstract]:During the Qing Dynasty, the cases of learning politics appeared in endlessly and frequently, which reflected the malpractice of the school government system in Qing Dynasty.Through the investigation of "Yu Hong pattern" as a typical example, we can find that there are two obvious laws in the case of learning politics in the Qing Dynasty, first of all, the frequent occurrence and repeated prohibition of the case of learning politics in the early and middle period, and the underlying reasons for it.It lies in the fact that the parties concerned are driven by economic interests.In the middle and later period, the educational atmosphere of the whole society has tended to deteriorate, indicating the decline of educational system in Qing Dynasty.Secondly, the ruler's punishment to the case of learning politics has experienced a process of change from the former strict to the later.Although the rulers of the Qing Dynasty attached great importance to the construction and maintenance of the system of learning politics and took severe measures to punish all kinds of cases of learning politics, there was little effect, but in the end, the system of learning politics withdrew from the stage of history with the abolition of the imperial examination system.
