【摘要】： 雍正一朝雖歷時十三年,其上承康熙,下接乾隆,在清代歷史上占有重要的地位。雍正帝在位期間,整肅吏治、清繳錢糧虧空、實(shí)行攤丁入畝、火耗歸公等具有重要意義的政策,為“康乾盛世”的延續(xù)打下了基礎(chǔ)。允祥是康熙帝之子,雍正帝之弟,是雍正前、中期雍正帝最倚重、最信賴的大臣,被封為和碩怡親王,王位世襲罔替,是有清入關(guān)以后恩封的第一位鐵帽子王。允祥很有才干:在雍正朝長期主管戶部和三庫事務(wù),善于理財(cái);曾受命總理水利營田,對直隸水利加意營治,開水田七千余頃;還曾負(fù)責(zé)會考府事務(wù),統(tǒng)領(lǐng)圓明園禁軍,籌辦軍務(wù)等,為雍正帝的文治武功奠定了一定基礎(chǔ)。允祥為人、為政風(fēng)格有獨(dú)到之處:榮寵不驚,敬謹(jǐn)持身,寬仁有加。雍正朝允祥始終恩寵不衰,他對雍正朝政局和脾氣相對暴躁、刻薄的雍正帝本人也產(chǎn)生了一定影響。顯然,對具有如此政治地位的一個歷史人物進(jìn)行深入探討,將有助于我們對雍正朝政治變化和走向的了解。 本文依據(jù)康熙、雍正朝滿漢奏折、官方實(shí)錄等資料對允祥主要生平事跡進(jìn)行梳理,并著重分析允祥在雍正朝的戶部理財(cái)、畿輔治水等主要政治活動,進(jìn)而揭示允祥對雍正朝的貢獻(xiàn)、對雍正帝和雍正朝政局的影響。本文力求對允祥有一個比較完整、系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識,進(jìn)而有助于對雍正帝和雍正朝政治有較深入的了解。
[Abstract]:Although Yongzheng lasted 13 years, its succession of Kangxi and Qianlong occupied an important position in the history of Qing Dynasty.During the reign of Emperor Yongzheng, the policy of purging officials, clearing up money and grain deficit, implementing the policy of spreading into mu and returning fire consumption to the public laid the foundation for the continuation of the prosperous period of Kang and Qian.Yunxiang is the son of Emperor Kangxi, the younger brother of Emperor Yongzheng, the most dependent and trusted minister before Yongzheng, and the most trusted minister.Yunxiang was very talented: in the Yongzheng Dynasty, he was in charge of the household ministry and three storehouses for a long time, and was good at managing financial affairs; he was instructed by the Prime Minister to work in water conservancy camps to administer water conservancy and Italy in Zhili, and more than 7, 000 hectares of water was opened up; he was also in charge of the affairs of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education and led Old Summer Palace to ban the army.Preparations for military affairs, for Emperor Yongzheng's martial arts to establish a certain foundation.Yunxiang man, political style has its own unique: honor is not surprised, respectfully hold the body, benevolence has added.Yongzheng had always been gracious, he had a certain influence on the Yongzheng regime and his temper.It is obvious that an in-depth discussion of a historical figure with such a political status will help us to understand the political changes and trends of Yongzheng Dynasty.Based on the materials of Kangxi, Yongzheng's Manchu and Han Dynasty and official records, this paper combs the main life stories of Yunxiang, and emphatically analyzes Yunxiang's main political activities such as managing financial affairs in the household department of Yongzheng Dynasty, guji auxiliary water control and so on.Then it reveals the contribution of Yunxiang to Yongzheng Dynasty and its influence on Emperor Yongzheng and the political situation of Yongzheng Dynasty.This paper tries to have a more complete and systematic understanding of Yunxiang, and then helps to have a deeper understanding of Emperor Yongzheng and the politics of Yongzheng Dynasty.
