【摘要】：正研究者通常認(rèn)為,貼黃(也作帖黃、押黃)在唐代是一項公文糾錯制度;在宋代則用于補充奏章的內(nèi)容,貼在正文之后;明清貼黃的含義有兩種,一為奏章內(nèi)容的摘要,一為文武百官的人事檔案。筆者認(rèn)為這一結(jié)論值得商榷。遼、金、元時期貼黃制度少有人進(jìn)行研究,厘清這一時期貼黃制度情況,對了解貼黃制度從唐宋到明清的變化也至為重要。1.貼黃在唐代是宰相處理常務(wù)的方式根據(jù)《石林燕語》"唐制,降敕有所更改,以紙貼之,謂之貼黃",通常認(rèn)為貼黃就是在敕書的錯誤處貼上黃紙,在黃紙上進(jìn)行改正,這一結(jié)論需商榷。關(guān)于唐代貼黃的基本史料見于《唐國史補》:"宰相判四方之事有堂案,處分百司有堂帖……黃敕既行下,有小異同曰帖黃,一123
[Abstract]:In the Tang Dynasty, the official document correction system was used to affix the Huang (also the yellow and the yellow); in the Song Dynasty, it was used to supplement the contents of the seal, affixed to the text; there were two kinds of meanings of the yellow paste in the Ming and Qing dynasties, one was a summary of the contents of the seal.First, the personnel files of civil and military officials.The author thinks that this conclusion is open to question.In Liao, Jin and Yuan dynasties, there were few researches on the system, and it was also very important to understand the changes of the system from Tang and Song to Ming and Qing dynasties.In the Tang Dynasty, the way the prime minister dealt with yellow was according to "the system of the Tang Dynasty, the system of the Tang Dynasty, and the change of the decree of the Tang Dynasty, so that it was pasted with paper, which was called" yellow.
