【摘要】：從臺(tái)北故宮檔案館所藏乾隆到咸豐年間中央與地方政府對(duì)會(huì)館進(jìn)行監(jiān)管的檔案材料,我們可以看到過去不大為政府所關(guān)注的會(huì)館組織已逐漸進(jìn)入統(tǒng)治者的視野,政府監(jiān)管逐漸加嚴(yán)。對(duì)于以會(huì)館聚集起來的團(tuán)體起事,政府的干預(yù)呈加強(qiáng)趨勢(shì);對(duì)于會(huì)館內(nèi)可能存在的藏匿奸宄,或會(huì)館是否參與囤貯私鹽等的查禁也逐漸加嚴(yán);當(dāng)政府面臨戰(zhàn)事而國家財(cái)政又相對(duì)較緊時(shí),向會(huì)館賒借或直接動(dòng)員會(huì)館捐輸,成為補(bǔ)充軍需不足的重要途徑。由以上三個(gè)方面看,會(huì)館在乾隆至咸豐年間,隨著商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步繁榮,呈現(xiàn)出更加興盛的局面,且實(shí)力獲得了加強(qiáng)。會(huì)館的主體仍是積極的,在社會(huì)秩序的穩(wěn)定方面發(fā)揮了作用。
[Abstract]:From the archives of Qianlong to Xianfeng in the The Imperial Palace Archives in Taipei, which were supervised by the central and local governments during the period, we can see that the guild organizations that were not much concerned by the government in the past have gradually entered the vision of the rulers.Government regulation is gradually tightening.The government intervention tends to strengthen the activities of the groups gathered by the clubhouse, and the censorship of the possible hidden adultery or whether the clubhouse is involved in storing private salt is gradually tightened.When the government is facing the war and the national finance is relatively tight, borrowing from the guild or mobilizing the donation directly becomes an important way to supplement the shortage of military supplies.From the above three aspects, the guild hall in Qianlong to Xianfeng years, with the further prosperity of commodity economy, presents a more prosperous situation, and the strength has been strengthened.The main body of the hall is still active and plays a role in the stability of social order.
