【摘要】：《寧津縣典商任良英訴狀》與《觀城縣典商從九訴狀》是反映清代乾隆—嘉慶年間山西汾陽典商經營及與地方社會互動情況的第一手資料。清代官府意識到典商的重要性,通過立法對典商的權益進行了有效的保護,但是典商作為外來客商,在經營中與合伙人、當戶、地方勢力以及官府之間充滿了各種矛盾。地方官府則力圖在司法過程中,努力維持典商與地方勢力之間的平衡。
[Abstract]:Ren Liangying's petition of Ningjin County Code Merchants and Guancheng County Code Merchants' Nine pleadings are firsthand information that reflects the operation of Shanxi Fenyang classical merchants and their interaction with local society during the period of Qianlong and Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty. The government of the Qing Dynasty realized the importance of the classical merchants. Through legislation, the rights and interests of the merchants are effectively protected, but the merchants, as foreign merchants, are full of contradictions with their partners, households, local forces and the government. Strive to maintain the balance between merchants and local forces.
