【摘要】：呂后是中國(guó)歷史上一位頗具影響力的女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人。在她主政時(shí)期,國(guó)內(nèi)干戈不起,盜賊不生,百姓安寧,衣食豐足,天下歌舞升平,呂后本人則成為中國(guó)歷史上第一位真正意義上的女主。作為一位2000多年前封建社會(huì)的女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,她為恢復(fù)漢初政治經(jīng)濟(jì)法治及思想文化的發(fā)展做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn),但她目光短淺,缺乏政治大局,致使西漢中期政局的動(dòng)蕩。呂后身上所體現(xiàn)的獨(dú)特的女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特色,對(duì)于今天的婦女參政、議政和培養(yǎng)女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有一定的啟迪和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Lu Hou is an influential female leader in Chinese history. During her administration, the country could not afford to fight, thieves did not live, the people were tranquil, the world was full of food and clothing, and the world sang and danced. Lu Queen herself became the first real female master in Chinese history. As a female leader of feudal society more than 2,000 years ago, she was trying to restore the politics of the early Han Dynasty. The economy? The rule of law and the development of ideology and culture have made positive contributions, but she is short-sighted and lacks the overall political situation, resulting in the turbulence of the political situation in the middle of the Western Han Dynasty. Discussing politics and cultivating female leaders have some enlightening and referential functions.
