【摘要】：清代四川私鹽問題凸顯,為解決這一社會問題,四川地方政府企圖利用直接控制與間接控制的方式遏制私鹽。從鹽的產(chǎn)、運、銷三個領(lǐng)域來看,并未因為地方政府的控制而遏制住私鹽的產(chǎn)運銷,究其失控的原因是多方面的,有自然成因、制度成因、政治成因等。
[Abstract]:In order to solve this social problem, the Sichuan local government attempted to curb the private salt by direct and indirect control. From the perspective of salt production, transportation and marketing, It is not because of the control of the local government that the production and distribution of private salt is restrained. The reasons for the loss of control are various: natural, institutional, political, and so on.
