【摘要】：宋代的文官政治在中國(guó)封建國(guó)家歷史上作為一個(gè)獨(dú)特的政治存在,在這一時(shí)期,文官將其固有的儒家道德主義傳統(tǒng)與宋代封建政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求結(jié)合起來(lái),發(fā)展出現(xiàn)實(shí)主義儒家思想。另一方面,繼隨唐以來(lái)的中國(guó)法制到了宋代,也達(dá)到了一個(gè)成熟期。政治與法律是一對(duì)相互作用的社會(huì)存在,尤其在封建專(zhuān)制國(guó)家里兩者區(qū)別不大卻聯(lián)系緊密,往往是其中一方的特殊發(fā)展軌跡,給另一方也產(chǎn)生重大或者富有特色的影響。
[Abstract]:The civil official politics of the Song Dynasty existed as a unique politics in the history of the feudal country of China. In this period, the civil servant combined its inherent tradition of Confucian morality with the realistic demand of the development of feudal politics, economy and society in the Song Dynasty. On the other hand, with the development of the Chinese legal system since the Tang Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, it has also reached a mature period. Politics and law are a pair of interactive social existence. Especially in feudal autocratic countries, the difference between the two is not big but closely related, which is often the special development track of one side, and also has a significant or characteristic influence on the other side.
