【摘要】：明朝處于中國(guó)封建社會(huì)的晚期。此時(shí)的中外交往出現(xiàn)了空前繁榮的局面。明 太祖朱元璋立國(guó)之后,以恢復(fù)華夏“正統(tǒng)”為己任,認(rèn)為和平穩(wěn)定的內(nèi)外環(huán)境是 明王朝得以存在和發(fā)展的重要保證,從而制定了睦鄰友好的外交政策和“厚往薄 來(lái)”的外貿(mào)政策。適應(yīng)這一基本政策的需要,明朝仿漢唐舊制建立了自己的外交 管理機(jī)構(gòu)。 本文通過(guò)以下四個(gè)部分來(lái)闡述明朝的對(duì)外管理機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)立及其職能和意義, 進(jìn)而探討明代對(duì)外關(guān)系的某些特點(diǎn)。 第一、概述明代以前的外交機(jī)構(gòu)及對(duì)外政策,為明代外交管理機(jī)構(gòu)的研究提 供歷史背景。 第二、闡述明朝對(duì)外政策的基本格調(diào),分析其睦鄰友好的對(duì)外政策和“厚往 薄來(lái)”的朝貢貿(mào)易。 第三、明朝外交管理機(jī)構(gòu)述略(上)�？际雒鞒Y部主客司的管理職能、會(huì) 同館的接待職能、四夷館的翻譯職能和鴻臚寺的禮賓職能。 第四、明朝外交管理機(jī)構(gòu)述略(下)�？际鲂腥怂竞头钍构賳T的外交職能、 市舶司及其外交職能、邊境和京城地方政府的外交職能。 本文結(jié)合明朝建立的歷史背景和明朝對(duì)外政策的基本格調(diào),通過(guò)對(duì)史書(shū)所記 載明朝的主要外交機(jī)構(gòu)及其外交職能略加考述,希望對(duì)深入研究明代外交問(wèn)題有 所助益。
[Abstract]:The Ming Dynasty was in the late stage of the feudal society of China. At this time, there was an unprecedented prosperity in Chinese and foreign exchanges.
