【摘要】：在北宋農(nóng)田水利法推行時(shí)期,各地因區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況與社會(huì)特點(diǎn)不同,地方政府決策與實(shí)施情況不同,使得水利工程建設(shè)的成效也有很大差異。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的兩浙路由于利益關(guān)系復(fù)雜,農(nóng)田水利工程建設(shè)難以進(jìn)行;南陽盆地的水利建設(shè)和以政府為主導(dǎo)的移民政策收效顯著,但河北路作為移民的主要遷出地,區(qū)域發(fā)展和國(guó)防建設(shè)卻受到了一定影響。
[Abstract]:During the implementation of the farmland and water conservancy law in the Northern Song Dynasty, the local governments made different decisions and implemented different situations because of the different regional economic conditions and social characteristics. The results of water conservancy project construction are also very different. Because of the complicated interest relationship, the construction of irrigation and water conservancy project is difficult to carry out. The construction of water conservancy in Nanyang Basin and the immigration policy led by the government have achieved remarkable results, but Hebei Road, as the main migration place of immigrants, has been affected to some extent by regional development and national defense construction.
