【摘要】：正被稱為晚清一代名臣的曾國(guó)藩,擔(dān)任兩江總督期間,對(duì)兩淮鹽務(wù)進(jìn)行了整頓。在淮北,他停止餉鹽,裁減厘卡,大力推行票鹽制,取得了比較明顯的效果。對(duì)淮南鹽務(wù)的整頓,則體現(xiàn)了其"寓綱法于票鹽"的思想,希冀規(guī)復(fù)淮南引地,從而增加鹽稅收入。曾國(guó)藩晚年曾數(shù)次來(lái)?yè)P(yáng)州。據(jù)《清宮揚(yáng)州御檔》相關(guān)記載和分析推斷,位于今康山街20號(hào)的曾公祠,就是當(dāng)年兩淮鹽商集資建造——為了祭祀曾國(guó)藩,由剛建好一年的鹽宗廟改建而成的。曾國(guó)藩,字伯函,號(hào)滌生。1811年出生于湖南省雙峰縣地主
