【摘要】：官方文獻記載的州判官兼領(lǐng)捕盜的制度并不完全符合相關(guān)制度的具體運作。州判官兼捕盜之職主要設(shè)于無屬縣之州。元代不少縣直接改為州,此種背景下,州判官兼捕盜成為具有元朝特色的制度,其在維護地方治安方面的作用亦較為彰顯。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的兩方元代"州判官兼捕盜印",進一步印證和補充了元代州判官兼捕盜制度。
[Abstract]:The official document records the system of the state judge and the capture of theft does not fully accord with the specific operation of the relevant system. The duty of the state judge and the thief is mainly located in the state without county. Many counties in Yuan Dynasty changed directly to the state under this background. State judge and arrest theft has become a system with the characteristics of the Yuan Dynasty, its role in maintaining local public order is also more prominent. Further confirmed and supplemented the Yuan Dynasty state judge and arrest theft system.
