2017年“一帶一路”東盟國(guó)家旅游管理研修班交替?zhèn)髯g實(shí)踐報(bào)告

2017年“一帶一路”東盟國(guó)家旅游管理研修班是在國(guó)家“一帶一路”發(fā)展倡議的指導(dǎo)下舉辦的,由中華人民共和國(guó)商務(wù)部主辦,云南省商務(wù)廳國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)交流中心承辦。此次研修班邀請(qǐng)了很多來(lái)自東盟國(guó)家旅游業(yè)的高級(jí)官員。筆者受舉辦方的邀請(qǐng),擔(dān)任此次研修班的口譯工作,從2017年4月至6月持續(xù)為研修班提供口譯服務(wù)。筆者的口譯為東盟國(guó)家的高級(jí)官員了解中國(guó)旅游業(yè)打破了語(yǔ)言障礙,為中國(guó)及東盟國(guó)家的旅游業(yè)尋求更進(jìn)一步的合作與發(fā)展。本報(bào)告分為兩大部分:第一部分為口譯轉(zhuǎn)錄文本。第二部分由六個(gè)板塊構(gòu)成。第一板塊主要描述口譯任務(wù),包括東盟介紹、口譯任務(wù)的背景及意義等。第二板塊為口譯過(guò)程,詳細(xì)闡述了口譯任務(wù)前的準(zhǔn)備工作以及口譯的實(shí)施過(guò)程。第三板塊為口譯理論介紹,介紹了釋義理論及口譯三角模式。第四板塊分析了口譯過(guò)程中所應(yīng)用的口譯策略與技巧。第五板塊分析了東盟國(guó)家的英語(yǔ)口音,總結(jié)了東盟國(guó)家英語(yǔ)口音的共同特點(diǎn)并針對(duì)口音問(wèn)題提出解決方法。第六版塊為總結(jié)反思。期望本報(bào)告能夠?yàn)楣P者及相關(guān)口譯人士提供實(shí)踐參考。
