本文是一篇新聞翻譯報告。報告所選翻譯材料為作者在《中國日報》實習(xí)期間翻譯的英語時政新聞,新聞內(nèi)容均與中國時政相關(guān),包括對中國提出的“一帶一路”倡議的評價與展望,對中國就國際和地區(qū)熱點問題主張的看法,對中國經(jīng)濟和貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,對中國社會民生與環(huán)境問題的評價,以及對新時期中國外交動態(tài)的分析等。本文所選翻譯理論為卡特福德的翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換理論�？ㄌ馗５率怯Z言學(xué)派最有代表性的翻譯理論家,他以韓禮德的系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),從應(yīng)用語言學(xué)角度研究對翻譯進行研究,提出文本等值、形式對應(yīng)和翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換的概念�；诰渥蛹熬渥右韵聦哟�,卡特福德將翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換分為層次轉(zhuǎn)換和范疇轉(zhuǎn)換兩類,通過這兩類轉(zhuǎn)換可實現(xiàn)不同語言文本之間的等值。本文擬以卡特福德的翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換理論為基礎(chǔ),對作者在《中國日報》實習(xí)期間的新聞翻譯材料從層次轉(zhuǎn)換和范疇轉(zhuǎn)換兩個方面進行分析。在層次轉(zhuǎn)換方面,作者將具體描述英語新聞中的時態(tài)和單復(fù)數(shù)在譯為中文時所需進行的轉(zhuǎn)換;在范疇轉(zhuǎn)換方面,作者將按照卡特福德對其進行的分類,分別從結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換、詞類轉(zhuǎn)換和單位轉(zhuǎn)換三個角度對譯文進行具體分析。結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換涉及英語被動語態(tài)向漢語主動語態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)換,英語無靈主語向漢語主動語態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)換,...
