俄羅斯境內(nèi)國際過境運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展是“一帶一路”倡議中俄中合作的領(lǐng)域之一。西伯利亞大鐵路在國際過境的發(fā)展中起著主要作用,這是連接亞太地區(qū)和歐盟國家的鐵路“橋梁”。西伯利亞大鐵路在俄羅斯主要過境走廊的形成中的特殊重要性在于俄羅斯聯(lián)邦鐵路運(yùn)輸發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中規(guī)定的集裝箱運(yùn)輸專業(yè)化。中國和俄羅斯是古代偉大絲綢之路的歷史合作伙伴和參與者。目前,俄羅斯和中國在歐亞大陸不斷發(fā)展壯大。隨著兩國在總體戰(zhàn)略合作領(lǐng)域成為合作伙伴,中俄關(guān)系再次經(jīng)歷了歷史上最佳的時(shí)期。中國提出的“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略為中俄兩國在新世紀(jì)的全面合作創(chuàng)造了有利條件。俄羅斯聯(lián)邦政府支持中國的戰(zhàn)略,為共同參與”一帶一路”倡議的實(shí)施提供條件。本研究的主要目的是研究西伯利亞大鐵路進(jìn)入“一帶一路”的實(shí)施情況。因此,在這項(xiàng)研究中,它設(shè)置了三個(gè)主要目標(biāo):預(yù)估西伯利亞大鐵路作為“一帶一路”元素的有效性;調(diào)查俄羅斯國際運(yùn)輸走廊西伯利亞大鐵路的挑戰(zhàn);研究外部因素和評(píng)估ITC西伯利亞大鐵路整合到“一帶一路“的吸引力。第二章詳細(xì)介紹了中國“一帶一路”項(xiàng)目中的國際交通走廊理論分析、“一帶一路”的探索以及俄羅斯的國際交通走廊項(xiàng)目。在研究中,考慮了世界各國的做法,其中分析了 I...
